I purchased the dps, it's been a week and a half that I had a FedEx tracking. Note that these are coming from Jersey to CT. I really do not want to open up a claim on Paypalbut my money has been taken 2.5 weeks now. These have not shipped out yet...

Can we have a moderator get involved? I have not had any responses from the seller. He has my money and has not made an effort to send the downpipes. This is just embarrassing, I was part of a 350z forum and it was not this bad. This is a BMW forum...

This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing parts from other members, and it happens to be on a BMW forum, literally the last place I thought it would happen. I just want to know what the forum can do for us?

Worst case scenario Ill drive down to Jersey from Connecticut. I hate crooks, I trusted the guy upfront and he seemed like a legitment person. Now I lost 350 dollars for downpipes I have never seen. Hopefully a mod will chime in.

I do not know what to do at this point since the paypaled amount was considered a gift so paypal fees were not included. I am going to file some type of report with Paypal. What else should we all do in this case? I know some guys are in the same boat..

I wish the seller had some morals and just sent these. I will contact my card company tonight. Hopefully all these buyers get what they deserve. Never ever would I think people in the BMW community would do this.

I will drive down, I have his address. It's just a matter of time until I see him face to face. I didn't do anything wrong, followed all the rules. It's just annoying especially when I just got the car and parts are slowly coming in for it.

He responded within minutes of opening a PayPal dispute. He wanted me to send it as a gift but I'm glad I didn't. He pretty much told me he never said a condition even though I asked in a pm and the parts were sold as is. He tried to list his rbs on n54 tech. Pretty sad people do this. He is the worst seller I have ever dealt with
