DIY wanted: BMW performance exhaust installation

Recently purchased the upgraded BMW Performance Exhaust for my 2009 (N54) 135i and I wanna install it myself.
Been searching the forms and I didn't see a DIY. Found one for the 128i which I think might do that trick but if anyone has some suggestions/advice I'd appreciate it. One of my questions is do I need to remove the diffuser to get at the back hangers. No cutting required. It bolts on at the flange. Thanks for the help.

I found that it was much much much easier to remove the rear hangers with the diffuser off the car. It made getting in there and getting leverage on the hangers worlds easier (the second time i did it...) Also a bit of dish soap on the end of the hangers helps once you get it started. Aside from changing the air filter, this is probably the easiest DIY out there. A set of ramps, sockets and 45min and you should be done.

Reuse the stock donut gasket and remove the springbolts first. Then drop the front hanger, then the 2 rears. Easy easy.

When I remove the stock exhaust from the hangers do I unscrew the whole hanger off (the piece bolted on to the car body) or try to remove the exhaust from the rubber part it self.
Also I've been looking for some instructions on removing the diffuser but no real luck. Any tips? Or is it so easy that instructions are not required.
I plan on doing it this weekend so I wanna make sure I have everything ready.
Appreciate the help.
