Anybody changing their oil pan drain plug?

Almost all BMWs from E60 to the very newest use the same oil pan drain plug. 11130392549 and 11137535106. This plug has a real wimpy head on it and one must be very careful taking it out; 6 point socket and perfectly straight on to remove. Now I see that real oem states that a new drain plug be used every oil change. I haven't been but think I will change the plug every 4th oil change or thereabouts. I've seen nothing here about this and Bav Auto don't have the plugs immediately in stock telling me that almost no one changes them with every oil change.
