I've never seen a dynojet engine dyno before. Those look like wheel numbers to me. Their stock car makes 273/299, which is a tad above what most people make stock. Their chart says "STD" on the top rigth, so those numbers are UNcorrected. Either way you slice it, they claim gains of 68/64 uncorrected.

I understand that in marketing sometimes you have to keep up with or exceed your competition, thats why Im looking for real life feedback from people who have their products. There is nothing wrong with gaining 40whp from the JB+, I would just like to know what Im getting before I buy anything.

So, is it safe to say, most JB+ users land around 300whp? Or is some of that power attributed to your exhaust?

The numbers I posted were at the wheels.

Don't know where you got 273/299.

Dynos vary a lot - the dyno itself, conditions as well as all cars are not created equal. A JB+ will give you gains of 30-60whp depending on setting.
Burger makes good product and excellent service. Just check out how many on the board run Burger - there is a reason. I am a fan of Burger but there are other alternatives.

There are no HP gain claims from the exhaust at the top end.

Very nice numbers. You're making excellent power with a relatively small expense in aftermarket parts.

STD is a correction factor. Also whether or not you do the solenoid bypass will affect 100% numbers. In addition to the many other factors I've mentioned. Either way the JB+ is an awesome easy to install mod. Definitely a must do if you're stock currently.

I got those numbers from the link I posted....

I was simply stating that they claim the JB+ made 341hp/363ftlbs at the tires on a stock engine. That's quite a bit more than I've seen guys make.
Those are more like JB3 stock numbers.

No doubt when it comes to cost per pony added, I'm way ahead of most. I've learned threw experience not to seek every pony. Once out of warranty (est. May 11), I will be going the catless downpipe route so I will be in touch.

Different day and dyno. Find a convenient dyno, run a base line and after you mod, run it again. Track the differences.

The JB+ is a great unit, especially for the price. I picked mine up used from Terry for 175.00. If you have the coin, pick-up the JB3. Neither will disappoint - its a matter of how far your going to mod.
