Denver Auto Show

Anyone going to the Denver Auto Show (today through sunday)? I'm going tonight to get my first in person look at the 1er, I'll post some pictures.

I'm going Sunday, I hope they have a color I haven't seen yet on the 1 and I'm hoping they have an Evo MR just so I can be sure of what I want.

We were going to go, but we went to Murray Imports instead and drove it yesterday! Much more fun!

Did you drive the black one with auto? I drive it last week at Murry and, although it didn't provide a direct comparison to what my 6sp on order would be like, it was close enough to solidify my decision. I sold my S4 yesterday to make room!

Let me know if Mitsubishi has their electric cars there. Like the i Miev Sport. I've been to the dealer to see the 135i, so no reason to see it at the show for me. But I think it would be fun to take an i Miev Sport (AWD through 3 seperate electric motors) and slap a set of high output capacitors into it. Can you say sub-4 second 0-60 runs in a cheap green car? :thumbup:

Yes. My son ended up going to the Auto Show anyway and said the 135i was roped off. We were in Detroit in January and sat in the 135i there...that was what did it for us! We have two on order for ED delivery.

1for2: The Springs auto show (for all it is worth) is going to be at the Phil Long Expo Center 11-13 Apr. They should have the 1 there.

The challenger was retarded big, and the GT-R was locked in a pedestal.

Is that Jet black or Sapphire? It looks to be Sapphire which is the same thing every dealer has. Also what trim package you somehow managed not to get the trim in any of the pictures lol.

Why that have it roped off I have no idea its not like it's a concept car or anything that special.

the switch in the glove box locks the trunk so that when you valet the car you can lock both the glovebox and trunk. (overrides CA for trunk access)

Black sapphire, grey poplar, premium+sport packs, auto trans, no iDrive.

Not sure why they had it roped off, it was unlocked.

That's what I figured. I didn't see a spot for the little LED light though.
