Fluid recommendations for 09' 135 60k miles

So, Im nearing 60k on my 135 and I know I should change out my fluids.
Do you guys have any recommendations as to what brands for which fluids? Previous owner used Motul 300V 5W30.
Any DIY pointers would help as well.
