Look up the optional Comfort Access in your manual.

If you have the all doors open chosen on the BC auto lock menu, and activate comfort eject and key out auto unlock, when you press and hold your start button, the engine will switch off, the key will pop out and doors/trunk/fuel door will unlock.

Also, you may have comfort closing with comfort access. When your sunroof and windows are open, press and hold the lock button. The doors should lock, sun roof and windows close, and (possibly, if you have power fold mirrors) mirrors fold in.

You can also do these things from the door handle by touching the little rough spot on top of the handle.

These are great features, indeed, and I've coded them on my car. The optimal word there is "coded" because these features require coding with NCS Expert and they do not appear on U.S. cars as standard.

If you hold down all three buttons for 5 seconds your car will start and set climate control to 72 degrees.

Hold the key fob to your lower lip when you press the button, and you will nearly double the range of the remote.
