Best aftermarket diffuser

Looking for a aftermarket diffuser than fits well, looks good, and had a decent price

These are ASA AR1's 18x8 et40 and 18x9 et45... I had them on my old e46, kept them when sold the car, and viola... on the 135 they ended up. It helps that I am a fan of the white/black scheme on cars.

On a side note, I just noticed how dirty my rear rim was

I agree on the Rieger diffuser. Only thing I dislike is where the ends are just cut off on the bottom side, and doesn't fully go under the rear bumper behind the rear wheels. I plan on trying to fix that soon though.

Ah!!! SOOOOO funny you should mention that. Take a look at my pic again, although I know it is hard to see in this one When I get home tonight, I can post some side pics.

You can get them in gloss black, flat black, carbon look; single exit and dual exit for quad tips.

I'm not 100% positive on the company you posted, but I have a good idea (MB?). The one on their site is the BMW performance carbon fiber replica diffuser. I personnally think that the Rieger one is more aggressive and why I went with it (also helps that it's ~$100-125 cheaper). They also sell the BMW performance replicas on ebay.

Fifty3bags, as promised, here is a side pic. The same thing bothered me even when I was looking to buy the diffuser... that it sort of just ended, and then looked, well... sort of "unfinished" from the side. I wanted to extend the lines, an have it flow into the body better. Yeah a small tweak, but sometimes it's all in the details . BTW the color looks like it doesn't match, but in real life it does (painted with the same black satin paint)... must be the exposure on my camera, anyway.

It was MB! Lol I almost bought the rieger I LOVED the way it looked but hated the fact that it's plastic and not carbon. My last diffuser was the 3 fin iCarbon but the was damaged in my accident. I was able to find an iCarbon quad replica diffuser for 489 on eBay. You are right tho the MB one with only 2 fins does not look anywhere as aggressive as rieger unless 3 fins

How did you add that last piece to the diffuser? What kind of material is it?

I still can't really tell. It's probably my computer here at work. And I haven't fixed mine yet, it bugs me every time I walk by it. Well, not really anymore since I just installed my coilovers, so I just look at the ride height

What did you use to extend it? Here is a picture of mine (best one I have that shows the ends):

Just some aluminum "L" shaped brackets from Home Depot, paint, metal file, and even used stock OEM holes underneath the bumper... I think since a few of us Rieger diffuser owners have the same issue with the profile view of the part, I'll try to post a small DYI up later tonight or tomorrow. I'll see if i can find some more pics too.

If anyone is thinking of getting the carbon fiber eBay diffusers make sure you email them and negotiate the price. I just ordered one listed at $400 + 90 shipping. They said they'd accept $310 + 90 shipping and added a "make an offer" link to their auction for me.
