Anyone looking for ED I have multiple dealers at $1k over invoice

Guys... I am talking about ED invoice +$1000. As in very close to 135 US base MSRP. I dont know what the invoice price is, I dont even know what the ED MSRP is. We dont even know if there is an ED discount yet, this is all assumptions, but what I do know is that regardless the price my deal is at that set number. Im buying the car no matter what it costs so I dont care what number invoice price equals.

I ordered my 135 in February 2008 before the car was released and I paid US invoice plus $500 at that time ($36k). Plenty of dealers have laughed at me and plenty have said its impossible (both last time, this time, and everytime I have bought a car), but I have a list of dealers that have accepted, and I finally placed my 1M order with the dealership most local to me and Im paying $500 over invoice.

I got a ton of PMs, ill have to sort through them tomorrow and reply.

Im still curious how a dealer is willing to give anyone ED invoice + $1000 without knowing if its coming out of their allocation or not. If the 1M IS coming out of thier allocation, then they are losing CSI money, no?

Am I missing something?

Oh this is going to be interesting.......there is a huge difference between getting a 135 $500 over invoice vs 1M. Where in Cali are you located?

Some dealerships agreed to those terms pending their allocation others didnt care to wait.

I have placed an order, signed the paperwork, and left a deposit, so have 2 other people that I know with their respective dealers.

I will not be announcing the dealer I used until after I have a VIN because there have been attempts to jeopardize my deal. I had the same experience when I ordered my 135.
