1st time at a Drag strip help

i am FBO with cobb stage2+ and i was expecting to get a lot better times then this . this was my 1st time at a drag strip & launching the car . what am i doing wrong? school me on how to launch my car what revs to keep it at and what rpm should i change gear

have a good driver drive your car and compare. looks like you just need shifting practice, or you're missing 100hp somewhere.

x2, did your car feel REALLY slow? That's slower than a what a bone stock 135i should be doing. Check for boost leaks,etc. Got video of your technique? I went 13.1@105 bone stock, N54/6MT, and like 12.90@110 blowing the tires off w/ the JB4 on Map1 lol
