Rented out Altered Atmosphere's dyno for a few pulls today, wanted to get some baselines before I went completely catless.
I'm very happy with the numbers, I did 4 runs total, the first run was on Map 0 (JB3 off), 2nd run was Map 5, 3rd and 4th were Map 7. (1.3 beta) I'm only posting the 1st and 3rd runs, as those showed the most improvement. All runs done on 93 octane, ~70 degree weather, high humidity. I have the RR catback and BMS Dual Cone Intakes, as well as JB3 and tuning gauge. |

Great results! Amazing what these cars put down with only minor mods.
Nice wheels too BTW. If you don't mind could you also share some details about your wheel setup in this thread? I was browsing through the Work catalog and they make some high offset wheels that work with our 1ers. Looks great on the car! http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=216413 |

Awesome! So, taking into account about 15% drivetrain loss; you're making the same hp as the V8 M3! Nice.

You might take a bit of a hit but that might be worth it to you. BTW, add 8-10 rwhp and rwtq to the graph on those tuned numbers to get the "usual" STD power numbers most use on dynojets for "number glory". The N54 engine is so easy to get power from with a tune. TT makes it a breeze. Now if they could just get the HPFP and wastegates and actuators issues ironed out, it would be so much sweeter. |
