Just read the whole of this thread and thought I'd share pics of my 130i with some BMW accessory carbon trim. It is purely cosmetic and not at all cost effective
Obviously the E87 doesnt have the same panels but if BMW make these as official accessories then it is likely they may do the same for the coupe.

I think the CF interior trim kit for the 135i with black leather would look awesome. I care less if its real. On the outside I care less about CF. IMHO.

I have black leather and I plan on getting the CF interior trim when I have the cash. Should be a nice subtle touch that will blend better with the interior, as well as add to my "black theme".

ehhhh its just my opinion... i came from subbies who decked out the interior with cf and it was all show.
I am all for cars like a zonda or a lambo with CF ..esp when its in the actually frame of the car. Or the exige s that was just at our meet. But touring/ sport cars in this niche dont need all the cf glam. to me its really just for the race cars and cars like the gt3 that are track day cars. I do love the cook of the CF weaves on the lip and mirror caps, but if you are doing it for weight...i think the drivers should be on a diet! ppl take it too far with hoods and trunks, then white cars look like retarded panda's. as far as vtec goes...it was merely a joke from ff1...i do have respect for early gen preludes and the b19's. shheeesh guys
