Hi, 2011 135 w 58k miles. Stage 2 cobb. Haven't done vanos recall and today after sudden acceleration half engine yellow light comes up and car looses power. Icd-29 error comes up. Could just fixing the vanos issue help me? I doubt its a leak i have ER chargepipe
Just scanned obd port:
Ecu
P2 f7c/a error
P2 efe, eff, eeo,ee1,ee2,ee4
Im lost and now it makes kind of screeching sound while driving

Screeching sound? Like a belt screeching?

But you're better off taking it to the shop and seeing what they can find wrong with it and the perform the VANOS recall. Maybe the water pump is bad, but if maybe someone will chime in with what those codes mean.

Here are a few of the codes. I found them on the link below. Not all the codes are in order so you may need to search around.

2EFE - Electrical Fan, input signal
2EFF - Electrical Fan, self diagnosis
2EE0 - Coolant Temperature Sensor, signal
2EE1 - Coolant Temperature Sensor, plausibility
2EE2 - Coolant Temperature Sensor, plausibility signal constant

My guess is that either your fan bearing is shot, or something is jammed between the outside of the fan wheel and the shroud.
