Megan Racing Front Strut Bar

Here are some pictures of the new Megan Racing Front Strut bar for the 1 series cars. My car is a 2011 135i but it looks like it will fit all of the 1 series cars. If someone wants to try it out on a 2008-2010 and a 128i, you are more then welcome to come over and we will test fit it on your car. The welds on this piece look great, the fit is perfect, and it seems to have helped the car oversteer a little bit. it also looks great! My car is on a 1 inch drop megan racing springs and stock run flats on the sport package, otherwise its stock suspension. Im not sure when this will be released for sure but keep an eye out, my car was the test car for this piece. Ill take some pictures of the springs that are on it as well, as soon as I get the time. Any questions, let me know and I will answer them to the best of my ability.

Mike

In my opinion, "hinged" style strut braces aren't as effective. This strut brace looks very similar to Cusco's style. Like the above said, impressions? Cost?

It definitely tightened up the front end of the car. The car feels more solid with it on. I havent pushed the car real hard since I put it on but it does feel quicker to respond. Im not sure on price as my car was the test mule for this piece. Keep an eye out for it though, as it should be coming out soon. I have had many different strut bars on many different cars, and while the one piece/non adjustable strut bars may be a little more rigid, the hinged bolt together ones seem to work just as well. I make sure to tighten the hell out of the bolts and check them on occasion to make sure they have not loosened up.
I am happy with it and felt the front end needed to be tightened up so it was a needed improvement.
