FS in MI: 2008 BMW 135i (PRE-WINTER PRICE DROP!)
SOLD! I decided to pull a few parts off of the car and adjust the price accordingly to push a potential "pre-winter sale." After a couple more weeks, I'll simply garage the car until spring and see if I get any bites then. Note: questions and/or comments regarding the car should be posted here. Offers, objections regarding the price, and/or criticism toward the vehicle should be taken to PM. Thank you! Details: What: My 2008 BMW 135i w/<22,500 miles. All options except Satellite & HD radio, Park Distance Control (PDC), and Active Cruise Control. MSRP on this car was $45,625.00 Specifically, the packages include:
The exterior is "Jet Black" with "Coral Red" leather and "High Gloss Black" interior. When: As soon as there's an interested party with the $$. Where: Southeast Michigan (Detroit area). Why: Because I've decided it's time to make a change regarding my career. Selling this car is most definitely the hardest sacrifice that I'm going to have to make; it's an amazing vehicle and it'll be tough to see it go! How: You state interest, check out the car, and then pay me money. I'd be looking for $27,500 OBO in stock form or $30,000 OBO with ALL mods/upgrades. Note: I did a quick tally and there's around $4000 in "mods" (and other upgrades) currently on the car... and I'm sure there are a few things I've forgotten. This is the reason the "modded" price is somewhat firm. I'll part the car out and sell it in stock form before I take much less. Additionally, all stock parts, except for wheels & tires, will be included with the sale. Modifications: Exterior:
Interior:
Performance/handling:
Additional Pictures: Price/value reference(s): NADA Guides: Kelly Blue Book: Edmunds: Thanks for viewing!

FYI - Added a Bavarian Technic Tool (Enthusiast Package) to the list of 'stuff' included with the car.

were you closer to Hawaii, I'd put cash in your hand right now. Alas, the shipping would take it below your firm mod price and not interested in the stock. Best of luck

Sorry, man... I have to imagine it's only stuff like this that makes living in Hawaii rough. I greatly appreciate the compliment though!

I'll keep you in mind. If my car doesn't sell soon, perhaps we can work something out. Thanks for the interest!

I just finished reading through the detail write-up. What an amazing result from where it was! I have a possible buying that is waiting to see if a buyer for his truck comes through from him this weekend. If he does, and he buys my cobra for what I am asking for it then I will be in touch with you ASAP.

Hope all goes well with the sale of your beast. I kinda feel bad for not wanting to trade, as it's a BEAUTIFUL car, but I've just never been a Mustang guy. Regardless, I'm sure you'll have no problem moving it.

Thanks. I had a 325i vert at one point, and really loved it. In February I bought my wife a '10 Volkswagen CC VR6 4Motion and that reignited my desire for German vehicles. She just shakes her head at me. She says, "I knew as soon as you finished with the engine you would get bored and sell it". I told her "Well, yeah. That is what guys do". Ha ha! |

Recently I convinced my wife to pick up a VW Tiguan SE 4Motion and she LOVES the thing. There's just something about European vehicles that "works." She's pretty disappointed that I'm selling mine, since she loves it, as well; however, at this time, it's really in our best interest. Once I'm settled in to my new gig, I'll undoubtedly be looking at BMWs again. Here they are packed in the garage... We call this one "40 valves, 10 cylinders, 8 wheels, 5 liters, 4 cams, 3 turbos, 2 cars... And a poster of the Nurburgring."

Undoubtedly. Like most European cars, they seem to have their quirks, but they're fantastic to drive and their owners are generally uber-loyal to the brand(s).
Thanks, man! I recently did one for a friend that's selling his track car - it's definitely a fair bit more detailed. Check it out: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2039582 I LOVE the CC. Definitely one of the best looking & affordable sedans out there! Very nice!
