Adding trip timer to the car. Any way to do this? (JB4, P3, etc.)

Coming from VWs & Audis, I'm used to having a "trip timer" in the car, that shows me how long I've been in the car on my current drive, and possibly total duration in the car (until a reset). It's one feature I desperately miss in this car.

Is there a way to add this to the car? I've searched, I don't see anything about unlocking it in the cluster using NCS (I already did the digital speedo).

Can a JB4 or P3 vent add this functionality? It seems to exist on the BMW Performance Steering Wheel, in the race computer, but that's a pricey option to add to the car (though I might do it anyway).

TIA.
