N54 new Valve Cover and gasket still leaking

I have just installed a brand new Valve Cover, Gasket and bolts. Cleaned top of motor very well, torqued bolts to 7.5 ft lbs.... Anybody ever experience this...is it normal for these gaskets to need some time running and heating up before they seal properly???

Since no one else stepping in, I would suggest that I think Mikey, tech for Roundel (BMWCCA monthly) addressed this recently; even if not, he would be the guy to send an email to; he always replies promptly (can I assume you are a member!?)
