Looks like a decent deal and better than mine: My car stickered just below yours at 48K and I'm paying $589/mo 36 mo's 10K/yr with a slightly higher out of pocket. In MD we pay the full amount of the taxes on the sale price...not sure how that compares to NY but your overall numbers look good.

that full tax thing really sucks...NY only pays tax on what we use so i guess we pay it on the difference between full price and residual value.
