Alpine HID Pics

I had my HID Angels installed yesterday. They are 8k. Thanks again goes to Ben (TPLSM3) for doing the install. I took a shit load of pics, in direct sunlight, kinda shaded, headlights on, headlights off, etc...now the pics:

EDIT: Night shots in post 18

Close up in a little bit of shade:

Close ups in direct sunlight:

Distance in direct sunlight:

Direct sunlight w headlights on:

Close up w direct sunlight and headlights on:

Sun behind the car (i was also messing around with white balance and shutter speed):

And just a couple pictures on my driveway with indirect sunlight and also messing with WB and shutter speed:

I am really happy with how they turned out. I got a car wash today and there was no leakage. Ben really did a great job with the install, tight seal and hidden wires.

PS: Sorry Simon, I forgot to take a picture of the resistor

Excellent choice! I love it, I might do it again or have Alex do it with his kit.

Definitely would recommend going with Alex's kit. Great product and great customer service.

Lookin' good Ryan! We should get mine & yours together for comparison pics between 7k and 8k. Washed mine a few times already and still have not had any condensation or water leaks yet either with the way I installed it.

Haha well I might be driving out there to get Alex to install it on his vacation if I can't get it done beforehand. Or maybe I'll just head up and ask you to help out with it and have a mini meet out there

Was definitely pissing people off when I got behind them a couple nights ago. Some guy went so far as to change lanes, slow down, get behind me, and high beam me. Lol

Some night shots...I did the best I could...they are THAT bright...

Shots are kinda shitty. I couldnt find the right settings on the camera...they aren't as blue in person and the inner rings look like blobs of light, but in person its clearly a ring.

they look fantastic... so HID rings don't dim when you turn on the low-beams? (as they normally would)
