Very nice, very nice. You already know this, but you will not be disappointed.

I'm sure I won't be. Just hoping for a rapid turn around at VPC so it gets to Tacoma no later than 11/24 to catch the boat north.

So I also have one on the Undine, do you know, has the boat been unloaded? How long do you think it will take to get to Colorado? The wait is killing me and it gets worse not better the closer to delivery date.

Undine is still docked in Port Hueneme, but will probably depart for Tacoma later today. I imagine cars were off loaded yesterday.

It will take at least a couple days for your car to be processed at VPC. There is a chance you could receive it in CO next week, but with Thanksgiving you might encounter delays.

My ship (Asian Vision) docked on Nov 1, and the car arrived at the dealer on Nov 14.

Well it took nearly a month for the car to make it from VPC in Oxnard up to the great white north, but I finally got the call today. Undoubtedly the last week 39 production 1M to be delivered. Will now make the 400 mile trek to pick her up. Lots of snow in the forecast, so should be exciting!

Last week 39-er delivery for sure, but maybe the first AK-er?

Just saw it in the flesh for the first time. Holy crap! I was really blown away.

And yes it is the first and probably last AK-1M.

Dude, your reaction is giving me fond flashbacks from my first real-life glimpse of my car a month or so ago. Blown away describes it well!

Pictures simply fail to accurately convey the proportions of this car. The fenders are simply crazy. The thing looks like its on steroids!

Well after two years of anticipation and a nearly 800 mile round trip which included a lot of snow, ice and treacherous roads, she is resting safely in the garage. Hard to get a feel for the driving dynamics due to road conditions (and constant DTC intervention) but I can tell this is a special car. Definitely a keeper! Now if spring would just hurry up and get here!

Strong work! Sounds like the road conditions were quite sketchy. Glad you arrived safely. I don't think I'd enjoy driving in those conditions with a 1M! I've gotten spoiled out here in CA ...
