I have never had a problem and that was with a few out of hundreds and if you notice they are not complaining anymore because they were taken care of by icarbon.

The eyelids on the other hand were bought in a lot of 30 or so by a person in germany who was paypaled the money in advance and then shipped over the pond. They are not available for purchase in the USA. Pretty rare so good luck getting a set.

I think DTM has pretty much swore on a stack of bibles that they will take care of you. So I will give them a shot. The main point was if there were replacements made in case you do get a hazy piece. They said they have a lot of pieces so thats exactly what we needed to know.

I was the first one to start the eyelid group buys. (I was in Germany.)

I can still get them. My wife is German, so I can order them and have her mom ship them to me. I'll probably be getting a couple sets soon. But it wont be a huge group buy again. Too much hassle. I'll let you know.
