Need Coding for Interior Swap??

Im going to be picking up a Coral Red interior this weekend and was wondering if there is any coding changes that need to be made in order to put it in?

Current Interior:
Year: 2008
Options: Power, Heated, Memory, Sport Seats

New Interior:
Year: 2009
Options: Power, Heated, Memory, Sport Seats

If it matters, I have done quite a bit of retrofitting to this car so I am no stranger to VIN changes, recodes, etc. I was just unsure if there was even any changes that need to be made, or can I simply swap the seat modules without doing anything at all? Thanks in advance.

If the options are the same, it should be a direct swap but if you really wanted to play it safe, you could keep the modules from your current seats and swap them into the new seats.

Just be sure you disconnect the battery and let it sit before removing/disconnecting the airbags.

Recently did similar on my LCI E90. Installed new seats along with all modules. Everything worked and no faults. I did reuse my old seat belt tensioners, but that should not make a difference.

So for anyone else doing this, reusing the old modules works 100% with no errors. Im sure you could probably change the VINs and VO code the new ones to get the same result, but swapping the modules yielded no issues at all.
