afocoryw20: What kind of parking garage is it?

There is 2 of them near the Path train (sorry don't know the names) I've been parking there for about 15yrs. One is right next to my friends family's house and all you have to do is cross the street and your on the Path. They are your typical garages...not outdoor (shopping center parking) Really I don't care where we park. Just thought I'd add my 2 cents.

I hesitate to leave the car in Jersey City (or any of those cities close to Newark) and go into NY because of the high rates of car theft in that area. It's statistically high and my buddy got his car stolen there recently. We'll be 100% safe in New York State parks.

How about we do a run up the Palisades Parkway towards Bear mountain. Can hang around there for a bit.

Palisades parkway toward Bear Mountain sounds good to me.
There are couple of nice scenic view stops on the parkway where it can easily accomodate around 20~25 cars. So I guess gathering at one of the scenic view stop is not a bad idea.

So i spoke with my friends, turns out the party we were supposed to go to got canceled. So.. our saturday is gonna be pretty much open. We need some NY folks to show us around haha.. So we're down for some dinner/drinks after..etc. Anyone actually plan this yet?
