You don't actually change the order number as you have up to about 2 weeks before production to make changes so long as you are not adding big things like navigation etc. I read the Mpower.com visit that was organised for 10 lucky people, I actually was invited but was unable to go due to work commitments.

Went to see the car again today now that it has been valeted and performance grills are fitted. Looks good with high gloss shadowline around the windows. Just need to get the Zymol on and wait for that call. Looked at Insurance today but think I can do better than £733. Should get the car on Saturday all being well

Am thinking about grilles and CF spoiler myself so will be keen to see pics of yours fitted!

Will you put the Zymol on yourself? Are you having the dealer clean it on PDI? Did you not have Seal and Protect then?

Cheapest insurance quote i had was £550, dearest £3.5k!

The Zymol will be done by a friend of mine who works at Porsche as a detailer. Hopefully will be done on Saturday before I take it. They have cleaned it as I wanted to inspect the paintwork first (as I said before, Cooper's have been fantastic). Seal and protect is in my opinion a waste of money. There are much better products out there for not much more money.

Need to do a bit more research on the Insurance by the sounds of it.

Not available yet at the BMW Welt. They just arrived in last week.

At first. They will be exclusively for BMW so from the dealer or BMW Shop.

The BMW exclusive color for the miniature is Valencia Orange.
The manufacturer would probably release the two additional colors.

There is a 1:18 Scale of the car in development which will feature incredible attention to detail from the plumbing and warning markers in the engine bay to the metal components in the chassis. and a fully detailed flocked interior.
Again to signify continuity it will be Valencia Orange.
Although it is in development it is far from ready, hopefully it should arrive for the end of the year.

Now that the car had its official global release, is there any date known for info on 1M specific accessoires, such as M stripes etc... ?
