Pre-purchase inspection

Hi,

I've been looking for a 135i convertible, and have found one or two that I'm interested in. I'm in LA, but the two I've found that meet my needs are in the Bay area. One of them was previously a smoker vehicle, and the dealership are now in the process of trying to solve that issue of smell. The car also allegedly has "small rock chips" on the hood, so I'd want that looked at as well, especially since it's only a 2013.

Can anyone recommend a good PPI provider in that area that might do a thorough go-through of the car for me?
