List of what is done at 30k miles inspection
Hey, I couldn't find this around, so decided I would post it for everyone to see.
I reached 29,000 miles and got my 30k service done, aka BMW Inspection 1. I got my front pads and rotors changed. Other things include: Standard Scope Check "Check Control" Messages Check Sliding Roof Guide Tracks for contamination. If necessary clean, check parking bake function Check Indicator and Warning Lights Service Front Brakes Brake discs: check surface and thickness Changing brake pads and brake pad sensors Clean Brake Wells Service Vehicle Check Battery: Check state of charge(Magic Eye) and charge if required Final Inspection(test drive): brakes, steering,transmission,shock absorbers(visual inspection) Coolant: Check fluid level and concentration Check Lighting System(turn signals, back up, license, interior, glovebox, flashlight, luggage area lights). Power Steering Reservoir(check fluid level) Steering Components(check for play, leaks, damage, or wear) Windshield Washer System(check fluid level and protection level) Tires(Check tread depth, wear pattern, outer condition, inflation) Brake System connections and lines: check for leaks, damage, and positioning Check instrument and control lighting, heater/AC blower Safety Belts: check condition and function Function of Rear View Mirrors Check Operation of horn, headlight flashers, and hazard lights Visually inspect all airbag units for torn covers, or damage Check Windshield Wiper and washer jet positions Underbody: all visible parts, including transmission, rear axel, fuel tank, exhaust: check for damage, leaks, corrosion. Check BMW mobility System if installed

2010 128i manual, sport package, performance exhaust, Vorshlag camber plates, Bilstein B6 struts/shocks, 245/40/17 ZIII square on et 40 with rolled rear fenders.

My car is in for is 30k service today and they are also replacing my spark plugs which was unexpected. My loud ass brakes hopefully will convince them to give me new rotors and pads. They don't seem to want to do it but I begged, since I'm not going to be around a BMW dealership for like eight months after next week.

And... IF it were my car I would also change these items...
Pollen micro filter engine air filter brake fluid transmission fluid rear diff fluid replace wiper blades and maybe spark plugs ? adjust hand brake clean battery terminals& apply gel check polly v-belt for cracks.

i guess I should mention this was for my 128i. i know spark plugs needs to be changed on a 135i like dackel said
