Will we ever be able to have Dinan software installed without shipping the ecu to CA?

I don't want to leave the car at the dealership for 4-5 days.

Is there something Dinan must do physically inside the newer ecu's that require they have the ecu in their hands? I'm waiting for this and the cruise control issue.

Any insider info? Thanks!

There are ways to expedite but that would cost a lot much more.
