Match the colors with the BMW emblem - Black white blue.
However, blue must be in the middle, blue on the edges would look strange.

However I wouldn't do it at all on the VO. You could do stripes but the only colors that match VO wouldn't be BMW heritage colors.
If you don't care and just want stripes, Red, Orange, white with while toward the middle of the car, red on the outside edge.

To me the stripes only seem proper on white.
But to each his own! =)
