NO ONE OUTSIDE OF BMW WILL DRIVE THE 1M OFFICIALLY UNTIL THE INTERNATIONAL PRESS DRIVES IN ASCARI IN THE COMING WEEKS...

BMW distributors have their own cars but for BMW personel in that country only.

This appears to be the Jan 2011 issue, I just got the Feb. 2011 in the mail and it's not in this one. Somehow I missed the Jan issue though so I can't confirm.

For more information yes, but the news is very often only pictures and since they've had it in the magazine, I assume some pictures and some short information. But nothing new, of course

Just picked up my copy from a Borders bookstore. Its the Jan 2011 issue. Run now and grab yours..
Anyone else starting building their 1///M documentation folder?? I am filing all press releases, pics etc. softcopy for now and all magazines it is featured in. Haven't decided what the best method of hardcopy folder is going to be yet.
Its going to make a nice archive for reflection one day (I hoard car mags so this isnt anything new )

Ps. loved seeing it in action today as the pace car, shiver.

This thread (and watching Daytona all day) made me run to the Borders and bought my copy ;-o)

And just like you, I have started a 'documentation' folder. Anything I have seen in US and foreign magazines (C&D/MT/Automobile, Roundel, Autoweek, Bimmer, Evo, Car, TopGear). BTW, cover of latest Bimmer mag (Apr 2011 issue) is...you guessed it, the VO!
