Had a look at the business nav today whilst in the showroom. It DOES display map and arrow at the same time.

Are you sure you were looking at the Business NAV? If this is the case what is the difference between Business and Professional.

I was with the dealer. It said Business nav on the outside of the car and he assured me it DOES show map/arrow at the same time. Though he was less clear on the differences.

The 1-Series doesn’t come with BMW’s controversial i-Drive controller as standard. It’s only fitted if navigation is specified. There are two levels of navigation on offer. I'm confused as well sigh.

I'm 99.9% sure it was the business system I saw in the three today and had demonstrated to me. It definetely had arrows and maps simulataneously......
