Left Cornering Light Malfunction

I replaced the bulb and the problem cleared. I tried linking photos, but it wouldn't work. You can look here to get them.

Same issue tried a previous fix where you take off the stearing wheel and clean the disk, which didn't work. Tried to have it re coded by dealer and they said it would need 6K total to fix all the faults which is way too expensive for me. Is there any way around it I have tried other shops as well and they can't seam to connect their computer to my car.

When you say you replaced the bulb; are you referring to the turn signal bulb in the headlight assembly or the side marker turn signal bulb?
