N55 Error Code, Rough Idle, and White Smoke

I recently had issues with Misfire on cylinder 3. Changed out Spark plugs, gapped to .018, New Coil packs, new hpfp.

Car still idles up and down and slightly shakes the car, and then I had a low coolant the other day. Filled up the reservoir, and 50 miles later I got a low coolant again, this time the engine went into limp mode and while running very rough there was white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe.

I have never seen water/coolant leaking on the floor of my garage. I am not sure what to do now.

These were the codes that came up on mhd below.

I am running Custom wedge stage 2 map, catless dp, larger intercooler.

Not sure about an N55, but for an NA engine I'd be thinking head gasket.

I’d pull the spark plugs and see what they look like. See if any are wet and smell like fuel which would indicate a leaking injector, or if any of them are exceptionally clean compared to the others. The car consuming coolant is somewhat worrisome, while the plugs are out I would consider a compression/leakdown test as well.
