Upgrading 128i bumpers ...

Unfortunately, the m-sport package isn't available for Canadian 128i's. I do want to upgrade though. My car is black sapphire metallic.

Is there anyone in the Toronto area that can do the upgrade for me?
Please send me quotes (bumper, paint, install). Depending on price, I'd consider doing just the rear so, I'd appreciate if you could break the quote down into front vs. rear vs. total cost.

I'd be willing to travel across the border (Buffalo area) if that's what it takes.
