Yesterday a group of Ms cruised PCH to Santa Barbara.

I was only compelled to take one picture and this is it.... Guaranteed the rarest M3 any of you will ever see (fyi this car didnt cruise with us it was parked somewhere)

From Santa Monica to Port Hueneme then onto the 101 up to SB.

Maybe 300 miles roundtrip with a little canyons thrown in there.

Yeah, I see a lot of fog light action on that cruise!

FWIW, I found my fog retrofit to work quite well when someone is tailgating, a regular occurrence in So Fl!

1st time so I wanted to try it. I was giving PB a hard time about it since he cant do that.

I do like the two colors together... totally citrus/skittles

No retrofit. Everything is there from the factory. They just install a button with tabs to prevent it from activating. Pull it out slice the tabs off and your good to go. Front and back switch will work and the lights in the cluster light up too.

There is a thread or two somewhere in the 1 forum. Maybe even here in the M section

I used to drive that same route every weekend...living in Santa Monica with my father living in Santa Barbara. It's great to see the beautiful cars, but just as nice to relive the drive now that I reside in Dallas. I got a little nostalgic when I saw the Reel Inn in one of the photos...love that place.

its a 318ti, lowest of the low back in its day. about as far away from an M as you can get.

I was a BMW Tuner's BBQ Saturday and there were 2 maybe 3 318ti with s54 engines swapped in.
