Sudden Loss of Low End Torque?

So i'm driving my car kind of spiritedly and I notice it does't seem to be building boost nearly as fast. Usually I can get full boost in first gear by 2500rpm which lights the tires up but if I floor it now it wont spin the tires at all, but still pulls well above 3.5k.

Could this be a boost leak?
