Yellow dot on tire-removal tips?

The title says it all. How do I get rid of this yellow dot? I tried wheel/tire cleaner and scrubbed. A bit came off but not much. Ideas???

fine grid sand paper, or the orange thingy for cleaning your hands was used in most auto shops..forgot what it is called.

Try some Westley’s Bleach-White and a stiff bristle brush. It should work after a while.

Yes to the Go-Jo! I would mix Go-Jo and Boraxo hand soap (powder soap) and it should come off after some scrubbing!!!

What.... you don't like to know where you match-mounting is?!?! Not in fashion?
