My AW 135i should be ready for pickup this week, my CA told me.
I'll post pictures as soon as I pick it up and let you know what my first impression is.

I just found out the 3-4 weeks waiting period once it gets to the preparation center is bogus. I'm looking at right now 7-10 days.

Now I get anxious..

Okay, so I received my Certificate of Origin today Via FedEx and as soon as I got home I found the number to my dealership and called them up.
I talked to someone but this dude says that I won't see it until next week! I'm like.. "WTF!!?"

I checked the shipping website and it says that my car has been released from Customs and the Liner also just today..

Does this mean that the vehicle is on it's way to the preparation center or to my dealership?.. Give me the good news!!

Nice. The car is on it's way.
I just spoke to the main guy and it should be there today.. I'm hoping I could pick it up but I don't foresee that happening.

Just as I suspected, I am still waiting for the dealer to register my vehicle and whatever else he has to do to finalize my delivery..
He made a claim of, "before the end of this week", I seriously doubt it.
My luck is horrible right now.

How is your luck horrible? You're getting your car in a matter of hours/days! I have to wait another 3 weeks! And some people are waiting indefinitely because they haven't ordered! Be happy! haha

It's worse when they tell you that you'll have it on January 24th and 26 days later you still haven't felt the warmth on your ass from heated seats.

hey NihonX, do you have it yet?? Are you in the Army (I see Fort Drum in your address)? I am in Army Reserve and just finished a year mobilization (to Hawaii- lucky me, right, considering the alternatives). Also, just found out my baby gets to the dealership on Thursday, then they will be installing the alarm (I live in south Florida so unfortunately that is a necessity), so I should be able to pick up this weekend. Enjoy yours, and post pics. Good luck with it, man, and ENJOY.
