TOM,
Thumbs up to the black sapphire! It looks like you are in an urban setting. I keep seeing comments that the 1M won't make a great daily driver. Others have said it's not too harsh of a ride. Would you be able to weigh in on this question? |

Well, unfortunately I wasn't able to spend as much time as I'd wish with the car... because if I had the choice I wouldn't get out of it! I think it's absolutely brilliant. Definitely easier for everyday than M3 which is already not bad I think considering it's a weapon in right hands. 1M felt like very beefed up 135i which I absolutely love. But the thing is it adds the fire to it only when you put your foot down. At normal speeds doesn't feel any more harsh than 135i.

Pictures of my BSM ... not professional ... but still a great car ... hard to take a truly bad pic ... http://photobucket.com/Kippers1SeriesM
It is a great car to drive ... drove it 1,000 back from Florida to PA ... drive it back and forth to work ... only a few miles ... shame it is not further to work ... ride is smoother than I expected.

Well Done. Looking at these photos, I think the car would really look great if it had the new Angel Eyes.
Btw looking at some photos (from here and others), on the side of the front headlamps, in some photos there are orange sections for the directional and on some photos there are 1M's without them? Is this just the angle? Or are they different in different countries? or what is it? |
