Can't wait to get this. Are there any good BMW mods/tuning shops in the Boston area or even better, North Shore area?

You won't get much more power out of the 128i with mods.

Yeah I saw maybe 15 to 20hp on some tunes for $400 + which does not seem to be worth it. I'd pay $100 maybe $200 for 20hp but no more.

I got it with the performance exhaust + 5HP supposedly. I might add a K&N panel filter which "may" add another 2HP.

If you can wing it, try changing to a 135i. For 500$ you gain 40hp+ 50tq+ with tunes.

I doubt you gained any HP at all with your exhaust. DISA intake manifold + tune should get you around 30-40HP, if you go brand new manifold and Evolve tune, should cost around ~$2000 or so. If you go used/salvaged intake and install yourself, you could save ~$700-800.

Huh? Active Autowerke, ESS, Evolve, BMS (powerbox) all have tunes for the N52.

The N52 has been around for years, in fact, so long it is on its way out. Being replaced by the N20.
