MY BRAND NEW 125!! Yep, a 2nd one :)
Ok, so it's not a BMW 125, it doesn't even have 4 wheels!
It's a brand spankin' 2011 Aprilia RS125, and of course I had to get it in white - Glamour White to be precise. Unfortunately I've had to get my Learner's Permit all over again and go for a learner approved bike. I rode bikes years ago when I live in the Northern Territory, but when I moved to Melbourne I didn't transfer my full motorcycle licence over. So Vic Roads made me start from the beginning again, damn it! Ah well, this is still a great little bike, and has plenty of balls considering it weighs only 126kgs. Now onto the pics...

Cozza, I taught to wife to ride and pass to get her full rider's licence .. on an Aprilia RS125. Awesome little bikes.
She raced it at Eastern Creek quite a few times

Nice work Cozza! Love it how it looks like a mini RSV4. But I am so used to big capacity twins that I will never be able to ride this! I currently have my friend's RS250 in my garage and I can't stand not having any grunt off the line until I hit 8000rpm.

Wayne, the fun with two strokes comes in that you are almost always full throttle. For racing they are awesome fun. They can lap Eastern Creek in 1:45 ... that's faster than my capabilities on my Ducati!

I agree Kenny! When I ride my mate's bike, it is great fun in the mountains at full throttle all the time. But I live in the city and it drives me crazy riding it around town. Could never own a bike like that unless it is a track/weekend bike only. Hey, I am a Ducati man too.
