Yes, remove the rubber insert and drill the holes through the metal brake pedal.

You just screw directly into the stock plastic dead pedal. So, make sure it is in the spot you want it when you do it.

I've had mine almost year and I have a 6MT. No wear at all. They're a great, inexpensive mod.
