How to load firmware into jb4??

How do you load the firmware into the jb4??I already loaded the jb4 logging program,and the file for the new firmware ..I need someone to go setp by step with me so I don't mess anything up..I read the information on n54 tech ,but it's a bit confusing for me..This is my first time,..thanks.

You download the HEX file from N54 tech, plug your JB4 into your computer, confirm it is connected. Then you will turn on your ignition BUT NOT THE ENGINE. You then goto the JB4 menu on the computer side and do file (or whatever it is) update firmware. Find the HEX file and viola.
