Flash tune for 2012 e82 N55
Is there any flash tune for a e82 n55 2012 - 2013 production date? Cobb doesn't have support for my car so I canīt load the back end flash
 . Now I have the JB4 and I love it, but now that iīm considering to do a turbo upgrade , i need a flash tune .Thanks in advanced.

Try Giac in the USA or SKN or Digitec in Germany.

Nope, no one has unlocked the 2012+ n55 cars... I've tried cobb a few times. Even got the most recent BMW software update and still was not able to even connect to the AP. I've emailed them a few times and never really get a solid answer. Don't think they are actually even working on our DME anymore to be honest.

the only way for you at the moment to get flash tune is by spending over 2000$ by going to Dinan on PPK

its funny, but i read somewhere that the F series ECU got unlocked, but not the E series 2012+
what a waste

Apparently, these guys have done a full-on unlocking of our ECU as well as the new m5s. According to their posts on F80 forums the M3/4s are en route as well. Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us N55 drivers. |

What about ESS Tuning N55 Stage 1 ECU Performance Software? Like Dinan they have it listed for 2012 135i. Anybody tried out this flash?

BR's option looks good, but, don't want to send my ECU over to another country. I think they are working on having support of their products available everywhere. MEDV172 is the ECU in the August 2012 + N55 E82's and they have posted that it is cracked.
 I'm glad this is happening as aftermarket options are one of the more interesting parts of BMW's IMO  |

You can check ur ECU version on realoem if you plug in your VIN number. It's under the engine category. If you click on one and it comes up as no parts listed, you don't have that version.
On that thread if you go to one of the later pages, the vendor lists that specific ecu number, which is the August 2012 N55 - End of E82 n55 production ECU. |
