Wheels fitment Question

Hey guys, just got a 2012 M sport 135 with the Performance suspension added.
I wanted to get some 18" wheels for the track and a buddy offered these to me.
With my car, which is quite low, will this offset give me decent tire size options for track days? I could get 5 or 10mm Spacers for each if needed.

18 x 8.5 et 35 front
18 x 9.5 et 43 back

Those will probably rub with anything wider than stock tires. A proven fitment is 18x8.5 ET45 front, and 18x9.5 ET58 rear

I have a ET45 18x8.5 square setup and they slightly rub in the rear on hard bumps.

If by quite low, you mean your car is lowered like 2 inches, then to barely be able to drive on the street with these wheels you'd need to run 3deg of camber. The track would be much harder to make work. Spacers would make things worse, you will be rubbing the fenders.
