1M exhuast tip spacing / can someone measure?
So I'm contemplating fitting an aftermarket 1M exhaust onto my car and know I will need to replace the battery pan, cables, evap, etc.
My problem is finding an e82 rear diffusor that will work with the tip spacing on a 1M exhaust. This one from Rieger looks promising. They mention the distance between the openings is 61cm (24 inches). Anyone with a 1M - can you measure this spacing for me? I would greatly appreciate it!

Is this a new diffuser from Rieger? The old one was for 135i tip spacing.

I think this is newer than the single outlet one from Rieger which I do own. Looking at this quad one, the distance from the edge of the bumper to the tip looks a bit longer.
Looking at their website I have determined that they now have a quad exhaust for which this diffusor is made for. I can't find it anywhere in the USA. There is no mention on their site about the measurements but ESE Tuning mentioned something about 61cm.

Here is a side-by-side comparison:

Oh, no I 100% agree, the outlets are spaced closer together on this new quad exit. It's obvious because of the fins and location to that mesh cutout.
I'd post here: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=307 You'll probably get an answer faster and less speculation. Something else I'll mention is it looks like the 135i in the picture has NOT had the battery tray swap from the 1M and that this specific exhaust is routed around it somehow. Yet I haven't seen one made for a 1M style exit yet that retains the 135i side muffler layout. EDIT: Looks like it's the supersprint quad actually. http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-18...80mm-tips.aspx

I think you are correct on that. Found this off their site. Looks like a Supersprint.
