Hey I have a similar car, I call it the Audibeast (body roll like a mofo). Mine is also in the shop right now because someone rear ended it. You should consider suing your insurance company too, bad faith, etc. They had a fiduciary duty to check on your car, that's what adjusters get paid for. My adjuster has called me every single day since I took it to the shop to give me a progress update.
(And don't feel bad, insurance is the most profitable business in America - they make a killing denying claims, lowballing repairs, and thinking of myriad ways to otherwise screw you out of your hard-earned money. So sue the bad ones, pay the good ones, its capitalism at its finest.)

1, I have USAA which is the best insurance company I've ever had (otherwise I'd be all over that)
2, my audi only had liability coverage since I didn't have a lien on it and mine has eibach springs and sway bars so the body roll isn't what it used to be

progress: new cats, alignment, poor old beat up twisted bumper covers back on, and a wash...at least it is reliable and drivable again!
