Like I said, I'll take my chances. Would rather pay when I have to instead of maybe wasting all that money up front. Those items you mentioned might not go bad within the three year period, then as soon as my extended warranty expires… BOOM! That, would hurt.

In most cases, if something is going to break prematurely, it's going to happen during the standard warranty period. That's one of main reasons these extended warranty providers make their money. Because they are insuring the car during is most reliable period.
