I like a matte white when going with white wheels. Like you said not too bright.

I don't think you have to have a big lip but if you don't you need to have at least a deep concave face. White wheels only look good when they are an agressive setup if you ask me

I think white rims would look really nice if done right...there cant be too many spokes or its too much, and it shouldnt be too bright, and it should definately not be brighter than the car itself if its white. Heres some white rims I really like, but on a blue car. (I WISH this were my car...but alas, its not )
