BMW Featured Marque at Supercar Sunday 2/26!!!
Sunday February 26th, 7am - 10am. Location: Topanga Promenade (Erwin & Topanga Canyona)

BMW is the Featured Marque

Supercar Sunday Website: SupercarSunday.com

Supercar Sunday Forum: Sign up here!

Finally, after a very long wait, the organizers of Supercar Sunday have chosen to have a BMW Featured Marque day! I'm spreading the word to get as many out as possible, and I'll also be putting together a rally to the event. ALL BMW's are welcome! Spread the word!

PLEASE OBSERVE THE RULES OF THE SHOW!!!

The main reason BMW has never been featured before is because there's been past incidents of BMW drivers acting stupid (donuts and power slides to and from the show). Please respect the rules, and don't ruin this show for the rest of us! We all hope there will be more featured BMW days in the future, so please everyone let's all be respectful of the rules!

*NO BURNOUTS
*NO REVVING
*NO STEREOS/BLASTING MUSIC
*NO SAVING SPOTS
*DO NOT LITTER
*PARK IN SPOTS ONLY

Please add your name to the list below if you plan to attend, and also sign up for a rally if you want to rally in with the rest of us! The last Sunday of the month is always the biggest show, so the lot will fill up by 7:30! So join us bright and early! Also, please checkout a signup on Supercar Sunday's forum so the organizer's can see what type of interest this generates (so they can plan future BMW events!).

For those wishing to join up with a rally, I'll be leading one from Sherman Oaks. If anyone else want to setup a rally, let me know an I'll update this page to include that rally's info as well. There's already and Inland Empire Rally, I'll post the specifics here when it becomes available. I'll probably be setting up a canyon drive and lunch for after the show too

Sherman Oaks Rally:

Meet time: 6:20am

Depart Time: 6:45am

Meet Here: Gelson's, Sherman Oaks (Google Maps)

Destination: Supercar Sunday (Google Maps)

so all 1Ms meet @ 0620 in Sherman Oaks? Nebby did you secure anything with SCS organizers or we just rolling in like we did @ C&C?

I would but I'm doing the airstrip event the day before. I'm leaving 4am saturday and probably won't be home until 10pm. I still want to retain somewhat of a social life so I may attempt to go out saturday night but I'll likely just pass out. So getting me up at 8 will be hard enough!

Schedule for this GTG will remain the same, as stated on the first post.

I understand wanting to get there early but for those that don't live near or in the LA area, a 6:20 meet-up time is a bit early in my opinion. I spoke with the organizer and the early call time for a "reserved spot" would have been too early and risked turning off some people from attending.

Supercar Sunday is very different from Cars & Coffee in that it is held in a big mall parking lot... we don't really run out of space. We should all be able to park together but it may be on the outskirts of the event. There's really not a "preferred section" and honestly, if we get there at 6:30 for premium spots, I'm not really sure what we're doing there for 2.5 hours because the event peaks around 8-9AM. Anyhow, that's the reasoning for the timing and I hope we can all stay in one group as 1Ms... so that we can all leave together as well for the other portions of our day.

Hello all fellow So Cal 1M owners. I am a new owner, picked up my 1M on Dec. 31rst and been lurking these forums since. Bought my Black 1M from Concord in NorCal. I wont be able to meet up before hand as I have some family in town this weekend. I will be there about 8:30ish but will be driving my Atom. Feel free to say hi if you see me in my Atom and I would definitely be down for meeting up/driving with fellow 1M'ers.
