Scratching Sound after revving [Video]

Hello, attached is a video of some scratching noise that happens after reviving the engine.

I also hear a similar sound when I turn the engine on for a brief second and when I turn it on.

Any ideas of what I might be and if I could be concerned?

Sounds like wastegate rattle. How many miles on the car and have the turbos been changed ?

Other than waste-gate rattle, Could be loose exhaust flap line.

Or could be that the heat shield over the muffler is making contact.

I would first check if you hear the noise when you bang on the exhaust.
